Bad news about our Fordyce Step Mom, Linda Fordyce, who was run over on Thursday by a truck while riding her skooter. She is in hospital with multiple issues, with our father, John, at her side.
She was at Kavanaugh and Markam in Little Rock and lost control, sliding into the path of a pickup truck. The drive swerved to avoid her, even hitting other cars to do so, but she did slide under the truck and was run over by rear wheel. She is stable in the ICU in Little Rock, with testing to determine the extent of injuries. We are following her care at her blog.

Hi Anne,
You don't know me, but we have Linda Fordyce in common. When I lived in LR, she and John were good and dear friends and I've stayed in touched since I moved to the West Coast in 1999.
I love Linda and have been following her blog about the injuries from her near-death accident. So glad she's getting much better.
I gave up canoes & kayaks and traded them for a horse and a 1991 Circle Y saddle when I moved to Oregon. So we have horses and saddles in common too.
